Member Expectations
FUEL GROWTH – The radius Advisory Board is designed to advise ownership and the executive leadership team on issues of strategic execution and provide support and guidance around the organization’s blind spots for the achievement of the team’s vision statement.
PROVIDE EXPERT ADVICE – Bring a wide range of backgrounds and real world experience to the table that will be applied to situations faced by the team. Mentors to sales, sales support, operations and marketing communication areas of the business.
BE A VALUABLE RESOURCE – Provide resources that help create scalability and sustainability within the organization by serving in the following capacities:
Guidance and mentorship
Strategic Action Item (SAI) ideation and collaboration
Deployment of capital
M&A identification
Geographical and new market growth
Diversification and de-risking of business lines
Access to needed resources
Co-Founder/Ownership succession planning
BUILD AND DEVELOP MEMBERSHIP – Assist in identifying new members who have driven hyper growth for businesses with exit sale and/or lead organizational division expansion to a minimum of “3X success”.

Charter
The radius Advisory Board is a standing committee for the purpose of working with radius leadership. The Advisory Board will limit its activities to advising on matters that directly concern the company’s vision statement and strategic action items. The Advisory Board has no legal responsibilities and is formed to give advice and recommendations.
Commitment
The Advisory Board consists of six members maximum. Members will be selected and appointed by radius leadership. Advisory Board members will constitute a cross-section of public and private sectors. The committee will meet three times per year – in January, May and October at radius HQ located at 600 Longwater Drive, Norwell, MA 020261 or agreed upon offsite locations.
Compensation
All travel and meeting expenses will be paid by radius and/or radius shall promptly reimburse Advisory Board members for any costs and expenses incurred in connection with services specifically requested by radius.
$3000 per meeting
All transportation, travel and lodging will be coordinated by radius
